Lipomatic sculpting
Sometimes, even with the most intense diets and exercise, one does not reach one’s ideal body. The best results from PAL surgery are obtained in people who have firm skin and weight close to ideal weight, and only in some areas of the body have fat accumulation (Lipodystrophy). PAL is a process that removes fat accumulated in different parts of the body. PAL procedure is not recommended for the treatment of morbid obesity.
Operation technique
Unlike liposuction, PAL is performed without severe physical force. PAL is done by creating constant vibrations and as a result is more careful to remove fats. Less bruising on the skin, much less pain, faster healing and better effect than traditional liposuction.
PAL can be performed on almost any part of the body. During PAL surgery, a few small holes of about 1 to 2 mm are made in the treated area and tumescent fluid is injected at the site of fat accumulation. The fat is then broken down into small pieces by special cannulas and removed. PAL is a procedure that removes fat that has accumulated in different parts of the body.
Due to my many years of research, experience and attending in many international congresses, and the advancement of sculpting technology, I use the technology and VASER Lipo and PAL technology made in the United States.
Duration of surgery
The duration of PAL surgery varies based on the volume of fat, the area being treated, and the technique used, generally varies from one to several hours.
Anesthesia
PAL surgery can be performed under general anesthesia, local anesthesia, and induction IV Sedation.
Inpatient / outpatient status
After PAL procedure, you do not need to be hospitalized and you will be discharged after full consciousness.
