I am Dr. Gholamhossein Ghorabi, a sub-specialist in plastic, cosmetic, and reconstructive surgery. I am an official member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons (ASAPS), the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), and the Iranian Society of Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeons (ISPAS). I was born in 1966 and graduated from Hamadan University of Medical Sciences with a degree in general medicine. I hold a specialized board in surgery from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, and a sub-specialty degree in plastic, cosmetic, reconstructive, and burn surgery from Shiraz University of Medical Sciences. In 2006, I opened my permanent clinic in Tehran to provide plastic and cosmetic surgery services.

Completing my internship in deprived areas of the country, keeping my knowledge up-to-date by studying the latest medical findings worldwide, and performing countless surgeries in Tehran, southern regions of the country, and neighboring countries have, thankfully, made me one of the trusted surgeons among the people and the medical community.

The lessons I learned from my esteemed professors during my education have led me to have a stronger belief in pre-operative consultations and, under any circumstances, to prioritize ethical principles and the medical code of conduct in my activities and interactions with my esteemed clients.

To provide the best services and optimize the satisfaction level of those seeking cosmetic surgery, I consider the surgical process in four different phases:

  • Phase one: The consultation and pre-operative phase. In this phase, I provide complete and transparent explanations regarding the methods, techniques, alternative surgical methods, potential risks, and outcomes of the surgery to the applicant.
  • Phase two: The surgical procedure phase, which is entirely performed personally and meticulously by myself.
  • Phase three: Includes post-operative recovery and care, also directly supervised by me.
  • Phase four: The longest phase, where I address the questions and concerns of the patients under my care. In fact, the relationship with me does not end with the completion of the cosmetic surgery.

I believe that exaggerated and deceptive advertising, on the one hand, and the presence and influence of intermediaries and brokers, on the other, are the biggest plagues in the field of plastic and cosmetic surgery. My professional honesty and unbiased consultation with my dear applicants and clients have made these individuals the greatest and most effective promoters of my work.
